Meet Evgeniia

Coming from a competitive school and sports environment in Russia, Evgeniia’s dream is to provide a different childhood to her own kids, one that is full of wild adventures, a slower paced life, and fueled by a child-led approach. Together with her husband and son, they have started the journey of home education, and it has already given them so much more than they were expecting. Their homeschooling days are filled with nature adventures, and multiple languages (English, Polish and Russian), to make the journey even more fun and exciting.

After Evgeniia’s son was born, her whole mindset on health shifted; she believes that fitness goes beyond physical movement, and requires a holistic mind and body approach. That is why she has switched her focus from just fitness to holistic health, and has made it her mission to empower mothers to feel strong, healthy and capable.

Evgeniia encourages homeschooling, homemaking and homesteading mamas to cultivate life-giving habits and pursue lifelong goals. Drawing from her diverse background as a former competitive athlete, acrobatic gymnastics coach, personal and group exercise trainer, as well as a prenatal and postpartum specialist, Evgeniia assists her clients in overcoming burnout and afternoon crashes through a realistic approach to health and fitness using movement, nutrition and a mindset shift.
