Visit a family farm with these virtual farm tours. You’ll find one tour geared toward preschool & early elementary students, one for late elementary & middle schoolers, and one for high schoolers.
Nightly Opera Streams from Metropolitan Opera
If you would like to introduce your children to opera, now is the perfect time. For as long as they remain closed due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Metropolitan Opera will offer a free nightly stream of one a different encore presentation of one of the company’s Live in HD series.
This is an excellent resource for those trying to conduct a college search during the shut down. Search by school name or region to experience interactive virtual tours at colleges and universities throughout the country.
Free Nature Journaling Curriculum from John Muir Laws
Geared toward children ages 8 to 12, this free download integrates art, science, poetry and language arts through games, activities, writing prompts, and step-by-step instructions. This is a great way to jump into nature journaling or help your children grow in their skill at observing and documenting nature.
